I own a condo at Knollwood just up the road.


Good area to be. Wife walks from there to the stadium on gamedays (little over 2 miles). One thing to note. You will pay property taxes to the town of Blacksburg and Montgomery County. The amount for our 1100 sq ft condo is almost the same as our 3500 sq ft primary residence with 2.5 acres in Goochland County.
